We had never shopped for flooring before so my wife and I were overwhelmed with all of the different options. Roland patiently guided us through selecting the carpet and padding for four rooms that would look great, feel great, stand up to the traffic in those rooms, and fit within our budget. He was extremely knowledgeable and his suggestions and insight were so helpful. Once we had selected the carpet he delivered and installed it, being very flexible around our schedule. Being the inquisitive type, I asked a lot of questions about the carpet and installation process, and Roland patiently and expertly answered all of them. The details matter to me, and Roland took the time to do things right instead of rushing or cutting corners. My wife and I are both very pleased with our new carpet and its installation, and will continue to refer our friends and family when they have flooring needs.

My wife and I recently moved into our new home together and needed the carpet replaced from the previous owners (yuck). I had never shopped around for carpet or any other flooring in the past. I called Empire, Carpet One and another company that I forget. They all came out and gave me estimates. Their sales staff were not that great because that is exactly what they were...SALES people. They did not know much about flooring or how to install it. They all gave me roughly the same square foot dimentions and the amount of carpet I needed for the job.
When I contacted Roland and he came in to give me an estimate, he did not try to sell me on anything. Roland explained to me in detail about all the numerous samples that he brought in and what he and his crew would do to install it. Roland's estimate of product was actually quite less than the other companies because he took the time to figure out the most efficiant way to lay and install the carpet. He drew out the cuts he would need and where to place them. This eliminated any excess carpet that would not be used for the job. This actually saved me 93 square feet of carpet and padding that I did not have to pay for (that adds up especially if you are doing a larger room than we did).
Roland and his team came in on my schedule two days later. They tore out the old carpet, disposed of it and put in the new stuff in a few hours. The capet looks great and holds up awesome. Especially with my two huge labs running around on it. Thanks Roland and I look forward to working with you again this summer for some tile in the basement!

We finally decided to purchase new carpet and called a few installers. Roland called us back quickly and was over right away to do a quote for the installation. He was very helpful and clear about what to expect. He showed up on time, was very friendly and respectful of our home. He did a great job installing the carpet in just one day. I would recommend his services for sure!

I went to purchase carpet and saw Roland and his services for installation. I called him expecting to get a machine to leave a message. I didn't expect to get a live person and someone who was willing to help so quickly. I was astounded that he was able to get me in for an estimate the next day. He was very independent and trustworthy. He came the next day to install carpet. He came to my home promptly and with little direction. He even took the initiative to install baseboard in my bathroom with a great eye for color. I had to be at work for most of their installation so they were in my home off and on by themselves. They even were worried about 2 cats that were my landlords as they thought they let them out by accident (the cats are outdoor ones). 🙂 very nice job!!!

After receiving bids from several companies we hired Roland to remove all of the flooring from our main level and replace it with solid hardwood.. Some of our carpet was relocated to upstairs bedrooms. They were amazing to work with and kept a very clean worksite (including language). Their workmanship was excellent. Everything lined up, tight miters on our trim, it looks perfect and we're thrilled with our new floors. Roland and Joe recently completed installing 2 rooms with hardwood flooring and 1 bedroom carpeted. Awesome Job. Exceeded my expectations. Very knowledgeable. Roland - my new bamboo floor is amazing! Your installer removed the ugliest tile on the plant and replaced the carpet with beautiful bamboo flooring. The installer was very good... got the job done in record time and cleaned up after himself. I could not be happier! Highly recommend this company. Roland, Bill and Joe all had a hand in making this experience a GREAT one! Several trips with various samples before deciding on one, a 60 day delay (my part) on giving the go ahead -- all with no complaints from Express and no pressure. The end results are fantastic! We had the whole upper level carpet and vinyl flooring replaced - living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and a kitchen - great workmanship, professionalism and courtesy. Definitely will be using Express in the future.

I was looking at replacing the floor in my kitchen and living room. I had a few companies come out and look over everything and give me estimates but none of them blew me away. Then a friend told me about express flooring creations. Roland came out and blew my socks off. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I were out looking at pool tables, way out of our neighborhood, and on a bit of a lark drove by this place and decided to wander in. It was one of the best decisions we've made in some time.
We were looking to carpet the entire lower level of our house toward the end of a long and often frustrating remodeling project on the entire property. What we found was an exceptionally responsive company whose sales and installation people responded quickly and effectively to every call, question and concern, delivering a fabulous result, on time and on budget. We couldn't be happier.
During the project, we also decided to lay some tile in a small ante bathroom off our master bedroom. The Installers EFC hired were excellent, again delivering superb results.
After dealing with contractors, installers and tradesmen who were late, no-shows, argumentative and sometimes outrageously slow in completing the job, Express Flooring stood head and shoulders above the others, delivering the kind of service and results a homeowner only dreams of.

I have been wanting to replace the carpeting in the upper level of my townhome and the flooring in the kitchen and entries for years but the thought of it overwhelmed me. I stopped into Express Flooring Creations (EFC) and met with Roland and Eric. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped guide me through the selection process. Installation was scheduled within two weeks but ended up being delayed due to my schedule. EFC was very flexible. The two installers were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned everything up when they were finished, both days that they were here. I love my carpet and flooring. Everything coordinates perfectly. I feel like I have a new home. I highly recommend Express Flooring Creations of Spring Lake Park!
