My name is Roland Huber and I am the founder and owner of Express Flooring Creations, LLC—also known as "The Best Little Flooring Store" in Minnesota.

My Background

I started in the flooring business as a Customer Service Rep for a major lumber chain and worked my way up to Department Manager and then Flooring Buyer. During this process, I witnessed the retail flooring business at its worst.

So, in 2012 I set out to create a floor store that provides the type of service that you, the home owner or business owner, would like to receive when purchasing new floors.
